The hotel complex was planned on a 8,210 sqm plot in the middle of olive and pine trees and just a walk from the beach, with an enchanting view of the sea and the picturesque bay of Agios Nikitas.

The existing license provides for three individual buildings which will be developed amphitheatrically with a total of 3,000 sqm, with a building of about 800 sqm already in the shell, and with the possibility of construction about 40 spacious double or single apartments and with multiple auxiliary facilities of activities.
The upper floors of each building should consist of self-contained apartments with balconies and covered outdoor areas and offer space for private moments of relaxation and daydreaming.

Comfortable and spacious lounge areas, multi-purpose rooms and restaurants / bars, shops, a fitness studio, a spa area with a heated swimming pool and changing rooms are planned on the ground floors.

A large outdoor pool, a playground, an outdoor stone theater and parking spaces for cars and buses will enrich this hospitable resort.

A system is provided in the surrounding area elf-generation, Power 70 kW (Net Metering), so that the unit is energy independent, has zero energy costs. Also, in the hotel unit, due to the sloping ground, an electric cog lift is provided on the ground, for the movement of staff and visitors and the transportation of things.

The unit under construction is located near the famous beaches, Mill, Kathisma,  Egremnoi, Porto Katsiki etc., and is 12 km from the city of Lefkada and 30 km from the international airport of Aktio-Preveza.

The project has a budget of about 3,5 million euros for its completion with all relevant permits and most importantly has been subject to development law with a free state grant of 1,253 million euros. 

This is a mature project awaiting implementation by the investor concerned.
